The pioneer group of the Federal Government‘s N-Power scheme, i.e. the 2016 beneficiaries of Lagos state are expected to start their Headcount Exercise soon, Concise News understands.

A message disseminated by Felix Ayorinde, N-Power Lagos Team Leader indicates that the headcount/reverification exercise begins tomorrow, Thursday, May 9, 2019.

Recall this online news medium had reported in April that beneficiaries are undergoing headcount and reverification.

The message reads thus:

This is to inform all active 2016 Npower volunteers (N-Teach & N-Health) for Lagos state that the Npower HEADCOUNT exercise shall commence from 9th – 16th May 2019.

REQUIREMENTS

– Attendance for last term till date
– Npower profile page
– Headcount form duly stamped and signed by the head of your PPA (To be given to volunteers by their local government representative).

Note: This exercise is only for 2016 N-Teach and N-Health volunteers.

N-Agro active list has been collated and submitted by the Block Extension Supervisors and Zonal Extension Officers to the office of the Lagos State Npower Focal person.

The N-Power scheme currently engages no fewer than 500,000 youth graduates deployed throughout the federation to provide public health services in teaching, health, agriculture and tax and monitoring.

It also engages another 200,000 non-graduates in training or on attachment to organisations as interns.

There are 37 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Lagos state and volunteers spread across all. It is believed that the largest local government in Lagos, Alimosho has the highest number of beneficiaries in Lagos.

Highlighted below are the steps for the headcount as an N-Power volunteer under Alimosho Local Government Area. This, as sent by Abanikanda Isma’eel, the representative for N-Power in Alimosho.

2016 Beneficiaries Headcount For Alimosho LG (N-Teach and N-Health)

This is to inform the 2016 beneficiaries under Alimosho LG to pick up the headcount form at any of these points:

1. Education district 1. (Ask of Honourable or Corp member Shogo to get the form).

2. LGEA, Oke-Odo. (Ask of Mrs Adeyefa).

3. Ikotun-Igando LCDA. (M.O.H’s office…Ask of John Bosco).

Note that you are to make a copy at any of the aforementioned points.

After picking the form, you fill Section A and your PPA Head fills the other part (signature, stamp and date is compulsory).

When the form is completely filled, attach your N-Power profile page (confirming your status) to the form.

The form is available at the points mentioned above.

Submission date is on Monday 13th May 2019 at Ikotun-Igando LCDA.

Time is 9am-12noon.

It is important that you come with your PPA attendance for sighting. Screening would be done by PPA.

You must be physically present…no proxy.
