N-Power October Stipend: Payment Starts Monday?

It’s a new week, and a new working day, hence, beneficiaries of the Federal Government N-Power scheme are eagerly awaiting payment of their October stipend.
Concise News understands that payment (N30, 000 monthly stipend) is yet to made for around 500,000 volunteers nationwide. That we can affirm as at the time of publishing this report.
Furthermore, this online news medium observed that beneficiaries are frustrated with the current situation.

Just the way u and maryam uwais re teaming up against 2016 npower. Today is 18/11/2019 and October stipend ve not been paid. As little as 30k una still dey vex. Is PMB complaining? Abi na una money? Why re the rich always against the poor? PMB understand our plight.
