N-Power: Calm Restored After September Stipends Settlement
Calm has now been restored following the payment of the September stipends of N-Power volunteers.
Beneficiaries of the Federal Government’s social investment programme had been lamenting the delay in payment of last month’s stipend.
But this online news medium observed that since payment commenced on Monday, beneficiaries who stormed social media to voice their displeasure over the non-payment of their stipends have now mellowed.
Concise News noticed that federal workers usually receive their salaries between 25th and 30th of each month. But N-Power beneficiaries – classified as Federal Government workers too – do not have a consistent payday. Read more here.
N-Power: Buhari’s Senior Aide Storms N-Tech Training Campus (Photo)
The presidential aide on Job Creation Afolabi Imoukhuede on Tuesday visited the N-Power Tech Software training campus.
In a tweet on the N-Power handle, the scheme posted a photo of Imoukhuede during his visit to the training center.
“Afolabi Imoukhuede, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Job Creation was at the N-Power Tech Software training campus yesterday,” N-Power tweeted. Read more here.
